Mike Jaure

General Manager

Mike Jaure is our General Manager and Shop Foreman at Tinley Tee Tire. Mike’s father owned a tire shop in Silver City, New Mexico where he started working for him at the age of 13. He worked for several years at various automotive repair facilities prior to becoming an automotive technician full time at Tinley Tee Tire in 2002. He took another position at PEP Boys in Las Cruces in 2009 and then worked at another very reputable shop back in Deming starting in 2010. While working at these two facilities, he earned several ASE certifications and attended multiple trainings both onsite and remotely. He is currently ASE certified in Manual Transmission & Axles, Suspension & Steering and Brakes. He is also New Mexico State DOT certified for commercial Brakes. Mike came back to Tinley Tee in June of 2018 and has helped grow our team every day since his return. When Mike is not at work (which is rare), he enjoys spending time with his son, off roading, bike runs and working on vehicles. Mike is passionate about not only being a great father, but also being great as a professional. He builds trust with his customers by being thorough and communicating with them throughout each repair. He does the same with our employees which is what drives his success. He is continuously attempting to learn from every situation to improve himself. “Good enough” is truly Never “Good Enough” for Mike. We are so thankful and blessed to have a manager and team builder such as him.
